Why all sales are final

Every ebook in our shop is a digital file. Once your payment goes through, the book is yours to download right away, and a download cannot be returned the way a printed book can.

For that reason, we are not able to give refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is complete. This includes a change of mind or buying a book by mistake.

Take a peek before you buy

We want you to feel happy and sure about your book. Each ebook on our Shop page has a description and preview pages you can flip through first. If you have a question about a book before buying, please ask us. We are glad to help.

If something goes wrong, we will fix it

You should always receive the book you paid for. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase if:

• Your download link did not arrive or does not work
• The file will not open or looks damaged
• You received a different book from the one you ordered
• You were charged twice for the same order

We will send you a fresh download link or the correct file. If you were charged twice for one order, we will return the extra payment.
